With our own house tomato-basil sauce.   

Fettuccini Bolognese: $16.00
Our bolognese (meat) sauce is prepared with fresh ground pork and beef, slowly simmered in tomato sauce with Italian herbs and spices.  Served with our hearty homemade fettuccini.           

Homemade Meatballs: 
A Del Rossi family recipe.  Large meatballs simmered in our plum tomato sauce. Please add $3.50 per meatball.

Butternut squash filled pasta in a creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce, with toasted walnuts and chopped dates.         

Lasagna Bolognese:  $17.00
A blend of Italian cheeses, ground pork, and beef; baked in a double layer with bolognese sauce.          

“Ling Del”:  $18.00
The return of our very popular signature dish.  Homemade linguini tossed with a sauté of prosciutto, olives, artichoke, garlic, and capers.     

Eggplant Parmesan:   $17.00
Lightly breaded and sautéed eggplant, layered with shredded parmesan-mozzarella and tomato-basil sauce then oven-broiled.  Served on a bed of angel hair pasta.           

Lemon-Rosemary Chicken alla Piccata:   $17.00
Boneless breast of chicken, pan-seared in olive oil with fresh rosemary and julienne green beans.  Finished with white wine, lemon, and capers and served with our homemade linguini.     

Chicken Parmesan:  $18.00
Boneless breast, lightly breaded and sautéed in olive oil, topped with tomato-basil sauce, shredded parmesan-mozzarella cheese then oven broiled.  Served with homemade spaghetti pomodori and the vegetable of the day.    

Chicken Carbonara:  $20.00 
Boneless breast sautéed with pancetta and onion, finished in a parmesan-romano cream sauce with peas, served over our homemade spaghetti.  

Chicken Alfredo Altissimo:  $29.00
Boneless breast, sweet Italian sausage, shrimp, crab and artichokes in a white wine, parmesan cream sauce.  Served over our homemade fettuccini. 

Chicken Gorgonzola:  $23.00
Boneless breast sautéed and finished in a gorgonzola cream sauce with diced tomatoes, spinach, and cheese tortelloni.
      
Chicken Marsala:   $20.00
Boneless breast sautéed with prosciutto, mushrooms, and onions.  Finished in a Marsala wine cream sauce with peas and penne pasta.   

Veal Parmesan:   $23.00
Breaded veal cutlet browned in olive oil, topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese then oven broiled.  Served on a bed of angel hair pasta and tomato basil sauce with the vegetable of the day.        

Pork & Eggplant Napolitana:   $22.00
Breaded scaloppini of pork tenderloin, layered with eggplant, parmesan, fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce and a touch of oregano.  Oven broiled and served with a side of penne pasta pomodori.      
 
Salmon Mediterranean:  $22.00
Chunks of fresh salmon fillet, sautéed in olive oil with olives, artichokes, garlic-roasted tomatoes, capers, spinach, and cannellini beans.    

Salmon con Funghi:  $22.00
Fresh 7oz. fillet, pan-seared in olive oil with mushrooms, oven-broiled with white wine and lemon-butter, served with mushroom risotto.    

Shrimp Picatta:  $22.00 
Six large shrimp sautéed with julienne green beans and slivered carrots.  Finished with white wine and house lemon caper butter.  Served over angel hair pasta.

Scallops Piedmontese:   $23.00
Fresh sea scallops, prosciutto, and mushrooms sautéed and finished in a creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce with orecchiette pasta.   

Garlicky Seafood Marinara:  $20.00
Shrimp, haddock, and scallops sautéed in olive oil and garlic butter.  Finished in a light tomato sauce and served over homemade spaghetti. 

Seafood Diavolo:  $27.00
Fresh haddock, shrimp, and scallops sautéed and simmered in a mildly spicy marinara sauce.  Served over our homemade black pepper linguini.  
  
Haddock Sicilian:  $22.00
Fresh haddock fillets, lightly breaded with fine bread crumbs and seasoned with black pepper, romano cheese, and fresh parsley.  Sautéed in olive oil and finished with a touch of lemon, served with linguini aglio olio and sautéed vegetable of the day. 

Scallops Fritti:  $25.00 
6 oz. of fresh dry-packed sea scallops coated with our homemade fine bread crumbs and pan-seared in olive oil until golden brown.  Served with caper mayonnaise, roasted potatoes, and sautéed vegetable of the day.
